FULL TIME POSITIONS Salary Range 24K to 27K
RESIDENTIAL WORKERS
Brothers with Brothers- Sunday thru Thursday 4pm to 12am Job Order #BWB02F Job Description:
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work with professional staff to assist in daily activities of clients, make daily entries into log books, complete incident reports, enforce agency policies, responds to emergencies, maintain sane environment, conduct rounds, ability to work some additional shifts and holiday’s, willingness to assist others and to be flexible for a wide range of tasks from routine and predictable to the unique and unexpected. Attendance at annual trainings and staff meetings required.
Qualifications:
Candidate must posses at least a high school diploma or greater. Must have some social services experience; previous work in a residential facility preferred. Must have a valid NJ driver’s license with a good driving record. Ability to drive a multi-passenger vehicle (van or car). Greater consideration given to candidates with some social work or psychology credits. Must be willing to be flexible with work schedule. A self-starter and a team player with an energetic personality a plus. MUST BE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY PASS A THOROUGH BACKGROUND CHECK.
