Next Step provides permanent housing for adults who are homeless with a mental health diagnosis.

Next Step is an offsite program managed by Isaiah House. It includes permanent housing, case management, medical/professional service referrals and supportive counseling for adults with a mental health diagnosis.
Offsite housing is located in East Orange and Irvington, NJ. The apartments are roommate style with private rooms and shared kitchen, living space.
Eligibility criteria: • 18 years of age or older • Proof of Mental Health diagnosis • Homeless (according to HUD’s definition) • Income (Welfare, SSI/SSD Employment Food Stamps
